The Darul Ihsan Media Desk primarily monitors the media for Islamaphobic (anti-Islamic) comments and anti-Islamic sentiments made in the mainstream media and interacts positively with media portals conveying the Islamic perspective.

On Thursday, 25 April, the Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre successfully conducted a feeding scheme at the Boxwood Informal Settlement, Sea Cow Lake, Durban.
Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre offers bursaries to students who plan to study in South Africa. Each year hundreds of learners apply with the hope of securing a bursary in order to successfully pursue their chosen field of study.
On Thursday, 25 April 2024, Youth of the Ummah (YOU) and Guideline Counselling, both projects of the Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre hosted a learner awareness event at the Orient Islamic School.

In an effort to provide basic hygiene facilities to the homeless, the Gauteng Department of Social Development, Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment has launched mobile shower services. MEC Mbali Hlophe stated that these services are aimed at restoring dignity for the homeless in the province.
