Q: A woman is in Haidh or Nifaas or man is in a state of Janabat, if they hear live Ayat for Sajdah Tilaawat, is it Wajib upon to do so when they become paak?

A: Generally it is Wajib (compulsory) to make Sajdah Tilawat when a person recites or hears an Ayat of Sajdah being recited. A person who is in the state of Janabat (impurity) is required to make the Sajdah upon attaining purity. There is no Sajdah Tilawah upon a woman in Haidh or Nifaas.
