In 2025, the school facilitated more than 114 000 slices of bread through its 'Bread Run Programme' – a total of 57 144 sandwiches – which helped it reach this record high. This year, the programme will exceed the million-slice mark.

Learners from every grade contribute to the preparation of the sandwiches, which takes place weekly. The Darul Ihsan Humanitarian Centre outreach team assists by ensuring the swift delivery and distribution of these packed meals to communities in need.

The 'Bread Run' coordinator, Moulana Ismail Mulla, has deemed the project a humbling one, and praised the staff, learners, and parents for “embodying the values of compassion and service.”

The ‘Feed A Pupil’ programme seeks to uplift local communities, and fosters a spirit of dedication, compassion, dignity, and humanity for all those involved.
