Bias and negative reporting against Islam has become a very real phenomenon in the media, especially in the international press.
The Darul Ihsan Media Desk primarily monitors the media for Islamaphobic (anti-Islamic) comments and anti-Islamic sentiments made in the mainstream media and interacts positively with media portals conveying the Islamic perspective.

A "shocking" 7,000 health workers have died globally after contracting coronavirus, a new report by Amnesty International has said, highlighting the failure to adequately protect those on the front lines in the months-long battle against the pandemic.
The ‘Al Ihsan Fashion & Design Course’ which was put on hold during the lockdown period has resumed. Currently classes are held in Marianhill and Phoenix. Plans are underway to establish the programme in Illovo and Overport, Insha Allah. The course is offered to adult females at no cost.
